Job Summary

The Learning & Development (L&D) Apprentice supports the HR and L&D team in organizing and implementing training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and other staff development activities. The role involves coordinating training schedules, assisting trainers, maintaining records, and helping execute programs that enhance employee performance, motivation, and engagement across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs for hotel staff
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with department heads and trainers to ensure training needs are met
• Assist in onboarding programs for new hires
• Help prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments
• Support learning initiatives, workshops, and e-learning programs
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
• Track employee development progress and provide reports to L&D managers
• Ensure smooth logistics and execution of training and engagement programs

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (any discipline)
• Age: Below 25 years
• Location: Mumbai based candidates
• Experience: Freshers

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Ability to plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player with a learning mindset
