Job Title: Apprentice
Experience: Fresher
Languages Known: English & Hindi (mandatory) + Any local language
Qualification: Any Graduate (Must not have any previous Provident Fund (PF) record)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking to begin their professional journey. The selected candidate will receive training and mentorship while contributing to real-time projects and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations and team activities
- Learn and apply job-specific skills during training
- Participate in training and development programs
- Support onboarding documentation & Appointment letter generation process
- Validate necessary documents during onboarding
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Contribute ideas and perspectives to improve workflows
