About this role
U.S. Consumer Services (USCS) is responsible for driving profitable growth of the American Express U.S. Consumer portfolio by acquiring outstanding new customers and deepening Card Member Engagement and Loyalty through developing differentiated products and partnerships and strengthening membership services offerings across Travel, Dining, Lifestyle and Banking.
The Apprentice Program offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analytics, risk management, and business problem solving while working alongside experienced professionals. Apprentices will support ongoing projects, learn how data drives business decisions, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer and business outcomes.
The role may support teams across Marketing Analytics, Product Membership Analytics, and Control Management within USCS in India.
