Role Overview

We are urgently hiring Apprenticeship Trainees for Mumbai. The role will provide hands-on exposure across Commercial Cards and CLoU verticals, focusing on product management, client engagement, analytics, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities YBH-Based Roles (Commercial Cards)

• Drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Corporate Cards, Purchase Cards, and Business Cards.
• Track key product KPIs including activation, spends, profitability, and lead datadriven improvements.
• Support Sales & Key Accounts teams with product constructs, client presentations, and enterprise client customizations.
• Collaborate with Product, Portfolio, and Sales teams to enhance efficiency and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities Location-Based Roles (Commercial Cards)

• Educate corporate clients on spend management, controls, workingcapital benefits, and process efficiencies.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling commercial card solutions.
• Develop account plans to increase wallet share and overall customer lifetime value.
• Coordinate with internal teams for implementation, issue resolution, and service enhancements.
• Provide market and customer insights to drive product innovation and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities YBH-Based Roles (CLoU)

• Drive partner onboarding, integration planning, scale-up execution, and ongoing performance tracking.
• Identify performance patterns and proactively act on risk indicators, conversion drops, or partner issues.
• Participate in leadership business reviews with data-backed insights and action plans.
• Conduct pilots, controlled experiments, and A/B tests to explore new segments, use cases, and monetisation opportunities.
• Use analytics to forecast performance, optimise growth levers, and improve portfolio profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA fresher preferred.
• Should not have an existing PF account.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced banking environment.
