Apprentice - SCM Training

The SCM Apprentice will support the Tejas Academy - Training & Development function. The role involves assisting in the delivery of training programs, supporting LMS activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of SCM training initiatives. This position is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in training operations, SCM processes, and digital learning tools.

Role & responsibilities

1.

Training Delivery Support

Assist in delivering SCM-related training sessions (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job).

Support trainers with materials preparation, logistics, training room setup, and session coordination.

Manage attendance, session scheduling, and follow-ups with participants.

LMS (Learning Management System) Support

Upload and maintain training content on the LMS (Tejas Academy).

Manage learner enrollments, course activations, and troubleshooting basic LMS issues.

Generate training reports, completion summaries, and training dashboards as required.

SCM Process Support

Learn and understand basic SCM processes.

Support documentation of SOPs, training manuals, and process flow charts.

4.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with SCM teams, vendors, trainers, and internal stakeholders for training requirements.

Provide timely communication on training schedules, updates, and reminders.

5.

Data Management

Maintain accurate training records, feedback data, and compliance documentation.

Assist in consolidating training metrics and preparing monthly reports.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Basic understanding of Electronics concepts (preferred).

Good analytical and documentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to learn LMS or digital training tools quickly.

Detail-oriented with good time management.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: BE/B. Tech in Electronics

01 year of experience (Freshers preferred).
