Apprentice - Sales Associate (Jewellery)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding jewellery designs, features, and pricing.
• Support senior sales staff in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions.
• Learn and communicate product knowledge related to gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery.
• Assist in maintaining showroom displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist with billing, packaging, and after-sales service coordination.

• Basic communication skills in the local language and English.
