Apprentice - Partner Experience

Role & responsibilities

• Support execution of the Partner Experience cycle Assist in operational MIS, survey rollout, feedback collection, data collation, and validation across distribution channels.
• Help in analysing partner feedback / MIS Work with the team to consolidate results, identify improvement areas, and prepare basic reports for leadership review.
• Coordinate on improvement actions – Provide support to Channel, Product, Operations, and Technology teams in tracking PE-driven action points and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain PES dashboards and governance records – Update trackers, dashboards, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness for management reviews.
• Learn and apply automation/data tools – Use digital tools to support score evaluation, data visualization, and PES reporting efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Functional Knowledge (to be developed on the job): Understanding of Life Insurance partner models (Bancassurance, Brokers, CA, Web Aggregators).
• Behavioural Skills: Strong coordination ability, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication.
