(One-year Apprenticeship)
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Assist staff engineers in design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechatronic systems combining mechanical, electrical, and software components
- Develop proof of concept solution under supervision
- Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for engineering tests, validation, and process improvements
- Maintain engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality, and R&D as part of learning exposure
- Attend training sessions and actively develop technical competencies in mechatronics and automation technologies
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and test instruments to maintain workplace safety and efficiency
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards during all assigned tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned to support learning and business needs
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor s Degree (BSc/BTech/BE) in - Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics/ Biomedical /Mechanical /Industrial engineering disciplines completed in 2025
- Grades (CGPA/ Percentage /Percentile) - (TBD)
- No history of previous employment. Previous internships are acceptable
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Technical Knowledge
- Good grasp of fundamental topics of the major disciplin studied (Electronics / Mechanical/ Instrumentation etc )
- Basic understanding of mechatronics systems (mechanical + electronics + control systems integration)
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic troubleshooting capability for mechanical and electrical systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow procedures
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, AI tools)
- Desired but not mandatory - Exposure to engineering tools ECAD/MCAD/Modelling/ Simulation
- Desired but not mandatory - SW Programing experience
