Apprentice - Marketing - Internal Communications

Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and track the internal communications calendar to ensure timely execution of communication initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content, manage approvals, and drive communication campaigns.

Develop engaging content for internal channels including emails, newsletters, intranet, and employee engagement platforms.

Support planning and execution of employee engagement programs, awareness campaigns, events, and contests.

Monitor communication and engagement metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve effectiveness.

Profile:

MBA (Marketing) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, SharePoint, or similar content creation tools is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Good to have: Exposure to the telecom industry and an interest in technology-driven businessesRole & responsibilities
