Apprentice - HRBP

Responsibilities

• Support BGV follow-ups tracking
• Track employee confirmation extension cases
• Monitor absconding termination processes
• Coordinate Buddy Program mails feedback
• Maintain grievance Culture Meter trackers
• Support exit clearance activities
• Coordinate track RBI meetings
• Track Assessment/AAC RAG movements
• Maintain Role Fitment trackers
• Support HRBPs with MIS, reports employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM/BBA/Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or related specialization
• Strong communication coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR
