Eligibility:
* Only MBA (HR) Freshers can apply
* Male || Female both can apply
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting HR-Operation activities
* coordination with the employee for ESIC and PF registration
* Employee code creation
* Attendance compilation and correction
* Employee grievance handling
* Supporting the complete employee lifecycle

Currently, Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd is catering 90 branches in 8 states Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Bihar, Uttarakhand. Punjab, MP & Gujarat and will subsequently expand to other states
