Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related activities.
- Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Perform general administrative and HR coordination tasks.
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Willingness to learn and take up multiple HR responsibilities.
