Role & responsibilities

• Identify training needs and design learning programs for agency and sales teams at the branch.
• Conduct product, sales, and compliance training to improve team performance and productivity.
• Support onboarding and induction of new agents and advisors.
• Monitor training effectiveness and track improvement in sales metrics and competencies.
• Provide on-field coaching, mentoring, and skill development support to agency partners.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company-mandated training requirements.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Maintain training records, reports, and performance dashboards for the branch.
