Hiring: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) | Remote job in India | Freshers welcome

Algora Systems builds business software HRMS, payroll, CRM, POS & billing, inventory, ERP , plus custom websites and mobile apps for growing Indian businesses. We are looking for our next Business Development Executive to start conversations with SMB owners across India.

Job type: Full-time, work from home (remote sales job, anywhere in India)
Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM IST, Monday to Friday
Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Your day looks like this:
→ Cold calling and emailing Indian SMB owners from lead lists we provide
→ Understanding their business problem and qualifying the lead
→ Booking discovery meetings for our solutions team
→ Following up on WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn, and keeping the CRM updated
You will fit if you have
→ Fluent Hindi and English
→ Any background in telecalling, BPO, lead generation, inside sales or business development
→ Patience with rejection and consistency with follow-ups
→ Your own laptop, stable internet and a quiet place to work
