Applied Data Scientist

Role Description We are looking for a self-driven, business-value-focused Applied Data Scientist to work on creating new AI-based capabilities for enterprise products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the end-to-end predictive and generative AI model lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment in production and monitoring. Most importantly, the person should be keen to roll up their sleeves and work closely with both the internal team and clients to deploy AI solutions that generate tangible business value in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years experience in AI/ML, with focus on Generative AI applications
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and structured outputs
• Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text systems (e.g., Whisper) and audio pipelines
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, ML/AI libraries) and SQL
• Experience building end-to-end GenAI workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG – nice to have)
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS preferred: S3, SageMaker, Bedrock)
• Understanding of LLMOps/MLOps (evaluation, monitoring, iteration)
• Proven experience shipping production-grade AI systems
• Strong ownership, communication, and ability to work independently
