In the role of an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application environment. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client needs, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application environment remains stable and responsive to business demands.

• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex system and application issues within virtualized environments.
• Ability to monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud-based resources to ensure high availability and performance.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
