Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.- Strong understanding of incident management and response strategies.- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system uptime.- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
