Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities.

Document and maintain records of client interactions and resolutions to improve service delivery.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Software Defined Network Implementation.

Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
