Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of multiple interconnected components. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly resolve disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Expert in Database Upgrades, Installation, Patching on both unix and windows.
• Experience in handling 19c databases/ Multi-Tenant DBs.
• Good in troubleshooting issues, Advanced backup, recovery using RMAN & expdp.
• Experience in OEM installation and maintenance.
• Database performance tuning.
• Good skills in all Oracle technology RAC/ DATAGUARD and active dataguard stream.
• Bash/ Shell- Scripting and proven experience of delivering large scale projects. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
