Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between the client and the application or system. This role requires maintaining a high standard of quality by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues, interprets their needs, and designs appropriate resolutions by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the product. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely and accurate support.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve support processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and client requirements.
