The practitioner carefully identifies client concerns and thoughtfully develops effective solutions by leveraging comprehensive understanding of the product, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client experience.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based applications.
- Ability to manage user access, security policies, and compliance within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures in cloud platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Administration.
