Application Support SRE

Core Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for businesscritical applications.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management end-to-end.
• Ensure application availability, stability, and SLA adherence.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes.
• Prepare and deliver regular operational, weekly/monthly service reports.
• Support releases, deployments, and production changes.
• Work closely with stakeholders, development and infrastructure teams.
• Proactively identify and work on automation and efficiency improvements.

Skills Required:

• Must have Production support (L2/L3) experience and well versed with Incident/change/problem/reporting/stakeholder management and ITIL framework.
• Must have good monitoring and troubleshooting skills and respond quickly to production issues.
• Must have excellent communication skills and would be required to work in hybrid workplace model & provide on-call support.
• Must have experience with any database (preferably MongoDB) and should be able to work on ad-hoc data requests.
• Required production support exposure in Java, good understanding of react JS & spring boot.
• Good to have experience with Splunk, APM & ASM, Elastic.
• Good to have exposure in supporting cloud based (preferably AWS) application
