About this role
We are looking for an Application Support Specialist with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules . The ideal candidate should possess strong banking domain knowledge in lending operations, loan servicing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Loan Modules and LOS applications.
- Manage and support end-to-end lending processes including loan origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, recovery, and closure.
- Support loan products such as Retail, Corporate, MSME, Agriculture, and Overdraft facilities.
- Verify loan account setup, interest calculations, repayment schedules, and accrual processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and changes.
- Support regulatory reporting, MIS, compliance, and reconciliation requirements.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor application performance and provide timely issue resolution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support project delivery activities.
- 2-3 years of experience in Banking Application Support.
- Strong understanding of lending lifecycle processes and loan servicing.
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules.
- Understanding of delinquency management, NPA processing, provisioning, rollover, and rescheduling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle queries.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers and application support environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Lending Operations.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting and banking compliance requirements.
- Experience working with production support and incident management processes.
- Exposure to vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
