JOB TITLE: APPLICATION SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

JOB OVERVIEW:

Implementation of SLIMS software to laboratories, diagnostic centers and hospitals.

Interface of SLIMS with laboratory instruments and third party software.

Provide online support to customers.

ELIGIBILITIES:

The ability to work independently and as a part of team.

Sound technical knowledge.

The ability to multitask effectively.

Proven experience working as an application support Specialist
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database
Management systems. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
