Application Support Executive| Thane

To manage application support activities through evaluation of application incidents, monitoring of system performance and coordination of issue resolution. The role ensures availability, stability and effective functioning of business applications.

Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years

Qualifications:

Bachelor s / Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant

- Provide application support for Mobile Banking and Digital Banking platforms to ensure stable and uninterrupted services.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues within defined SLAs.

- Support application components built on Oracle PL/SQL, Java, REST APIs, JSON, Android, iOS, and related technologies.

- Take ownership of assigned application support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue analysis, escalation, and resolution.

- Support implementation and transition of new applications, enhancements, and releases into BAU operations.

- Maintain application support documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational procedures.

- Provide on-call and extended-hours support for critical incidents and business continuity requirements.
