Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex software environments.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Ability to work with multiple components of business-critical systems and understand their interdependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes. Additional Information:
