Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance stability and performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to track system health and performance.
• Ability to work with APIs, web services, and data transformation within integration platforms.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
