The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain the reliability and efficiency of essential software applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve software and system issues effectively.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and manage support tickets.
• Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of problems.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and software deployment processes. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
• This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
