The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Ensure documentation of incidents and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation.

- Implement and configure Oracle Enterprise Contracts modules.
- Integrate OKC with other Oracle modules (e.g., Procurement, Order Management, AR/AP)
- Support contract migration, data conversion, and reporting
- Implement and configure Oracle Sales Cloud components: Leads and opportunities management Accounts and contacts Sales forecasting and pipeline management
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
