Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Ensure documentation of incidents and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation.
• • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation.
• Implement and configure Oracle Enterprise Contracts modules.
• Integrate OKC with other Oracle modules (e.g., Procurement, Order Management, AR/AP)
• Support contract migration, data conversion, and reporting
• Implement and configure Oracle Sales Cloud components: Leads and opportunities management Accounts and contacts Sales forecasting and pipeline management

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
