Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
