The position demands a dynamic approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering reliable support in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of backup and recovery techniques for database systems.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in database management. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
