About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 (Production Support) for Microsoft Azure applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain documentation on known issues, workarounds, and resolutions for internal use by the team.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in application support or similar role with expertise in .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platform including infrastructure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking etc.
- Experience working with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ability to write efficient queries.
