The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience with cloud-based service management and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
