You will engage in dynamic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications. Your role requires continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration to maintain system integrity and support business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability.
- Ability to analyze complex system issues and provide timely solutions.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
