Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize application performance.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within SAP environments.
• Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP modules and external systems.
• Capability to work with cross-functional teams to support and enhance business-critical applications.
