Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud instances, networking, security groups, and IP allocation.
• Administer Ubuntu and Windows systems, including GPU drivers.
• Manage Docker containers and troubleshoot logs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Nginx, reverse proxies, and load balancers.
• Use SQL to debug issues and fix data.
• Automate operations and log analysis using Python.
• Handle client onboarding, escalations, and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or System/Application Support.
• Strong Docker and Ubuntu Linux command-line skills.
• Advanced SQL and Python scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Nginx configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
