Application Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to Apache Tomcat applications deployed on Docker containers using Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most critical cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce customer issues and provide feedback on defects found during troubleshooting.
• Document all interactions with customers in a clear and concise manner, ensuring accurate tracking of tickets and resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in application support or similar role supporting enterprise-level software products.
• Strong understanding of Apache Tomcat, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with frequent releases and rapid iteration cycles.
