Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to streamline incident management processes and improve response times.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and issue resolution.

Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Strong knowledge of incident and problem management frameworks.

Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health.

Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot effectively.

Skilled in coordinating with diverse technical teams to implement solutions.

Familiarity with service level agreements and maintaining compliance with operational standards.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
