Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple macOS Management.
- Experience with managing and troubleshooting macOS environments including software deployment, configuration, and updates.
- Strong understanding of system diagnostics and problem-solving techniques within macOS platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline support tasks and improve efficiency.
- Ability to analyze logs and system reports to identify root causes of issues.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to macOS management.
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Apple macOS Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
