Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.

Ability to work with various IT infrastructure components and understand their interdependencies.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Capability to document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team use.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
