Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide L2 production support for enterprise applications in a high-volume environment. The role involves application monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, batch support, and maintaining production stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications across Python, Unix/Linux, SQL, and messaging platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes and automation.
• Support batch jobs, schedulers, and EOD/SOD activities.
• Work with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ITRS, or Autosys.
• Support databases and troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL-related issues.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams for timely issue resolution.
• Participate in on-call, weekend, and release support as required.
• Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
