Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, continuously monitoring and troubleshooting to prevent disruptions and support business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Experience with container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and application issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
