Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience with cloud infrastructure management and monitoring tools within Google Cloud Platform.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.

Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis in cloud environments.

Ability to work with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and improve operational efficiency.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
