Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to master data management.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise software environments.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices in data quality management.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
