As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and delivering timely resolutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain the reliability and efficiency of essential software applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and knowledge.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve software and system issues effectively.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and manage support tickets.
• Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of problems.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and software deployment processes.
