As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain business continuity and resolve challenges efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and support efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and ETL processes within Snowflake environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting for data manipulation and automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining data integrity and system availability.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
