Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and enhance system performance.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to maintain optimal functionality.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and identify root causes of failures.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices within containerized environments.
