The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of critical software applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues within financial modules.
• Experience in managing and supporting integrated financial systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work with various business units to understand financial workflows and system dependencies.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify potential disruptions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication to facilitate collaboration.
