You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing system functionalities and user experiences. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the software systems that drive the organization forward.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Aera Control Tower.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL, Python (Programming Language).

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aera Control Tower.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
