As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system irregularities and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and ensuring that critical business processes remain uninterrupted through effective problem-solving and system analysis.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system support requests efficiently.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.

Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and effectively.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
